About Me

It’s the end of 2024, and I have just finished reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. During this time, I had been exploring YouTube videos and different blogs about self-improvement. Now what? Well, time to make some changes! With 2025 fast approaching, what resolutions/goals should I set? Once again, I was thinking of goals when I needed to think about changes to habits/systems in my life. Like probably many out there, I started and stopped; goals came and went. Even habits were began only to nosedive into regression to old habits. After reading Mr. Clear’s book, I was determined to make tiny sustainable habits to create a lifestyle, not just to achieve a goal. So, I bought a journal to track it. Then, I began to think about blogging, sharing with whoever wanted to follow my thoughts and habits on different aspects of life. Share and learn. Thus was born My Habits Journey. I will dive deeper into why and the purpose of this blog in my first post. In the end, this blog is to help ME create and maintain habits and eliminate any that I don’t want.
